KRDT Utility Pro uses a credit-based system. Distributors and resellers purchase credits at a discount and use those credits to generate licenses for end-users. Each license type has a different credit cost, so buying 100 credits does not mean 100 licenses.
The sales chain works as follows:

- Distributors buy credits in bulk (minimum 1,000) at a custom wholesale rate negotiated directly with us.
- Resellers buy credits (minimum 100) at a 15% discount from the standard retail price — either directly from us or from a distributor.
- End-users purchase licenses from any authorized reseller or directly from the platform. Each license consumes a set number of credits from the reseller’s balance.
Credits are added to the buyer's account balance instantly after payment confirmation. There is no expiration date on purchased credits.

How to Purchase
After approval, credits can be purchased through your reseller / distributor dashboard:

3 Enter the amount (min. 100 for resellers, min. 1,000 for distributors)
4 Choose your payment method and complete the order
5 Credits are added instantly after payment is confirmed
Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer — direct wire transfer (any currency)

- USDT (Tether) — TRC-20 or ERC-20 networks
- Wise / Remittance — for international transfers
Payment details are provided inside your dashboard after logging in. For large orders, contact us directly via Telegram for custom payment arrangements.
Once your account is activated, you get access to a full-featured reseller panel with the following capabilities:
- Dashboard — overview of balance, recent transactions, and sales stats
- Buy Credits — purchase credits at your discounted rate
- Transfer Credits — send credits to customer accounts or generate licenses (distributors: also to sub-resellers)
- Transaction History — full log of all purchases, transfers, and usage
- Customer Management — view customers linked to your reseller ID
- Sales Reports — track earnings and sales volume over time
- Profile Settings — update contact info, payment methods, partner listing
- API Access — programmatic credit transfers for advanced integrations (distributors only)
There are two ways to provide KRDT licenses to your customers:
Generate a License
Use credits from your balance to generate a license for a customer’s username directly from your reseller panel. The license is activated instantly and the customer can start using the tool right away. Each license type costs a different number of credits.
Service-based Selling
Use the credits yourself to perform operations on behalf of your customer (e.g., MDM bypass, unlocking). Charge them your own service fee. This is common for repair shops and service centers.
Tip: Many resellers combine both approaches — they offer a repair service for walk-in customers and sell licenses online to remote customers. You are free to set your own prices. Remember: each license type consumes a different number of credits from your balance.
- No refunds on purchased credits. All credit purchases are final. Please ensure you order the correct amount.
- No sharing of reseller accounts. Your reseller account is strictly personal. Sharing credentials with others will result in immediate suspension.
- Independent pricing. Resellers and distributors set their own retail prices. KRDT does not dictate or control resale pricing.
- No misrepresentation. You may not claim to be an employee or official representative of KRDT. You are an independent reseller partner.
- Minimum order quantities must be met. Orders below the minimum (100 credits for resellers, 1,000 credits for distributors) will not be processed.
- Compliance with local laws. Resellers must operate in accordance with the laws of their country. KRDT is not responsible for local regulatory compliance on the reseller’s side.
- Account suspension. KRDT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any reseller account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or damages the brand reputation.
- Pricing changes. Credit pricing and discount rates may be adjusted with advance notice. Active resellers will be notified via email or Telegram before changes take effect.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Distributors and resellers set their own retail prices independently. Pricing, discounts, and minimum order quantities are subject to change — partners will be notified in advance of any adjustments.
